#StubbornLashes ?  Try this tip! I use a wolumizing mascara first (one or two coats) and then one final coat of #WaterproofMascara  It works well on sparse lashes!!   Use the little white lines in the video  as guides to where you should direct the  #mascarawand (straight up in the middle of the eyes and towards the outside at the outer corners.).
