Hello friends! I'm finally back as my internship has concluded successfully!! 🥳🥳🥳

All that's left now is for me to walk up the stage in my graduation toga, and get that degree I've spent four years working hard for. With the new free time I found on my hands, I've managed to (finally!) set myself up a PayPal account which I've put a link to on my pinned post.

Let me first reassure you guys that I won't be paywalling any of my old fics nor any one of my ongoing serieses. The PayPal link is only something of a donation option if you want to help support me financially while I write out fics for the various fandoms y'all request me to, and for the ones I'm trying to keep alive by writing for just because.

The only thing I will be paywalling is: A requested fic to be centered around *You* as the reader. As in your chosen name, your physical descriptions in the fic- It's going to be a fic that's yours and only yours.

So far, this is the only thing I could think of to paywall because it felt heavy for me to just take possible donations without giving something in return. Should you donate and want a fic tailored just for you, and know that you can request for ANY fandom you'd like yourself to be written into, even the ones I've marked as closed in my request tabs. Feel free to pick your poison, and I'll get you your fix! 🫡

I mean it when I say that every bit of support you can give means a lot to me, whether it be comments, reblogs, PayPal donations, or encouraging Anon Messages. I've been on this platform for a long time and I'm so happy to continue being here and sharing my little constructed worlds with you guys!

Round 1: Katsblr Friendship Games

1. Fav mlp character? Why?

Rainbow dash, that rainbow hair motif was so cunty to 4y/o me's eyes.

2. Fav song? Why?

"23 by Kyle Humes" because I am SUCH a lovergirl who is picky with who I allow to call me theirs and it resonates so much with me. It speaks about being wise about choosing your forever person and not letting yourself get swept up by the wave even if it means you have to go alone for just a little more time.

3. Fav book? Why?

"Percy Jackson & The Olympians, Book 1: The Lightning Thief" because it was the first book I ever read about kids with ADHD like me. For the first time, I felt empowered by my disability because in the book there's a space for kids like me. Our "Difference" from everybody else wasn't treated like a burden to cure, but a superpower that we can hone and use in our lives. It made me feel seen, like there's actually a place for me in this world and that I just have to stay strong as I go through life looking for it.

4. Best fic you feel you've written? Why? What do you think makes it such a strong piece?

I stand on business when I say that my best work is my "Infinitely Remembering" piece for Daniela because I wrote it as a passion project for how I fully believe that love isn't always grand and that it's not always brave. Sometimes we believe we're being brave by committing to waiting for the perfect time to drop the bomb on someone but the truth is that we're all just scared of putting ourselves out there for the person we love.

Sometimes we wait for ages and time passes us by, sometimes we get the happy ending (Like Reader did in that fic) and sometimes we don't- But at the end of the day that fic reflects the truth we all know whether we admit it or not: Love is scary.

5. Best fic someone else has written? Why? What captured you attention about it? What was the best part?

@firecrackeronacrowdedstreet 's "Maphinz Gitling AU" It goes so deeply into what it feels like to learn a different language as a means of wanting to be closer to who you like. It's never as simple as simply asking a native speaker to teach you, it's not as easy as committing to Duolingo.

I think what makes it such a strong piece is that a lot of readers can resonate with atleast once in their life having wanted to do the same thing. It tugs on that part of our humanity that aches to understand someone's soul in its barest most authentic form- Including the language.

6. Katseye bias? Why?

Manon Bannerman. As someone who moved away from my own home country to pursue my own dreams too, I feel a sort of pull to her that's less of idolization and more like "Hey, I know how that feels! It's hard but I'm so glad it's worth it for the both of us."

7. How do you feel about the 6-7 meme?

I hate it.

8. What are you looking forward to in this event?

Getting to know people!

9. Who do you think will win?

The team which performs the best.

10. What do you know about ciphers?

I know they're used to decode puzzle messages??

11. One thing I learned about a teammate?

Nothing yet! Idk any of these people yet 😭
