“There you are.” 

Corvus says as she approaches Martel. While keeping an eye out for someone in particular, Corvus was also looking for Martel all the same. Ah, she’s a little embarrassed, because she’s got some face paint on her face done by a few children who said ‘you need to be festive too!’ They made her look like a cat, with a cute pink button nose and a few whiskers on each side of her cheeks. 

“Are you enjoying yourself?” She doesn’t want to ruin it, but that particular someone may just be out here too. She needs to make sure that Martel is aware.

“Have LOTS of fun but make sure not to eat too much candy!” She should look around, have fun, do some activities, and eat all the food!

There’s a whole lot of people, but she has ONE goal and it’s to keep a look out for one particular person. Well, it turned out to be two, because she’s heard of the pink haired boy being around the festival as well. She needs to make sure the people having fun REMAINS having fun without there being any interruptions of that. 

“...” At the corner of her eyes, she sees someone approaching her and her head whips in his direction so quick, eyes wide, as if she’s looking at a long lost friend, 

Vani....

....tas...

It’s not. 

And her expression falls. There’s a look of embarrassment almost, but also apologetic. She must’ve startled him.

“May I help you with something?” Corvus finally asks once she’s regained herself. 

Hmm, right. Why else would the young boy approach her?

With how Corvus is looking around, arms crossed over her chest and she’s scrutinizing the area, it’s no wonder people are avoiding her. Corvus naturally has this aura. An intimidating one and people usually stay clear. 

Man, this is suppose to be a fun festival, what’s a BODY GUARD doing here, they’re probably wondering.

Though, when she hears the voice of a young child mismatched hues lowers to meet them. “I’m....” She hadn’t actually realized, it seems. Their question threw her off and so she removes her arms from across her chest and places them at her side. She does lower, crouching so that she’s at least eye level with the child, 

“I’m keeping an eye out for something---or rather someone.” That intimidating aura she once carried is gone.

“Mm, maybe this year for Halloween, I’ll be a full fledge Dragon.”

“I’m not really here to dress up.” She grumbles under her breath. Eiden, oh, Eiden. It doesn’t look like he’s going to let up though. He’s so enthusiastic and she doesn’t mind it, but she’s  on a mission!

You can be on a mission and still have fun. 

She feels that’s something he’d say. Should she just give in and grab a costume? Maybe it’d help her blend in more. 

“Is this not costume enough?” She gestures to her regular attire. She IS wearing some leather clothes. She’s covered NECK to toe. She should be a grim reaper....or something. Just give her a scythe and a hood.
