When entering back to exercise routine after a long absence, moderation and pacing yourself is important. Many people want to go gone whole and full throttle into a trimming down 2020 goal Now. It didn’t take you 1 day to gain the extra weight!!! Be mindful of your body and treat it with love. On this video am using a tension band to mimic a lat row. I love using the bands because it’s gives tension all through out the movement and easier on the joints. I also feel my muscles fully engaged through the movement and no compensation from other muscle groups doing the work. Be mindful of how you start your regimen because it will lead to where you actually stick to your goal and DON’T injure yourself. Don’t forget to add to your regimen manual body work at least once a month, every quarter or the least twice a year. Take care of your body otherwise you are the one that sets you back🙅🏼‍♀️....
