Turmoil is currently sweeping the sultanate as the Sultan’s sister Hafsa Bashara is seeking to overthrow her brother and make her own underaged son Sultan and her ruling Sultana. Aided in secret by the Sultan’s advisor Nazim who feels the Sultan is inadequate she seeks allies both inside and outside the sultanate. Sultan Khaled hopes his wife Rajah can give him his much needed male heir and seeks to hold his position. The turmoil can possibly cause grave problems for the Eldurian people as rebellions and unrest sweep its important trading partner, leading the supply routes insecure.
