Massimo Lunardon
Massimo Lunardon was born in Marostica (Vicenza) in 1964. Graduating in industrial design from Domus Academy in 1991, he made blown glass his personal field for artistic and design research. He has worked with various companies and architectural firms to create prototypes as well as objects in limited series. He has been the professor of flameworking at the Vetroricerca School in Bolzano since 1998. From 1992 to date, he has participated in many art gallery and museum exhibitions both in Italy and abroad. Using his experience in design - developed during his many years of working with designers and architects - and in borosilicate glassmaking techniques, the artist has put together a very interesting project, one that lies at the border between reality and fantasy, between art and design.
