It's really all thanks to Mike for asking his Master Corporal for an easier workout plan for me.
And he gave me a 2.5 month plan. So, I'm going to work hard at it...
Yes this might have been triggered by my weight fluctuating higher than normal today.... I officially reversed the effort and progress I made a year ago... just... Fuck.
I'm sick of it, so I'm going to get into a routine. >(
I've also decided to remove the phrases "I'll try" "going to try" etc. But I'm going to avoid using the word try. I'm not trying anymore, I'm just going to DO. "Do or Do Not, there is no TRY." ~ Yoda. Serious words to live by.
So, I missed my 5k easy run this morning because I just got the plan handed to me today. But at least I'll get my xfit or plyometrics tonight.
Tomorrow: A 10-15 min jog followed by 5x 200 m sprints with 200 m jogs between and ending with a jog. for an approx 2.5-5 km run/jog
And then core strength/ endurance training.
thursday morning: an easy 3K
thurs night: leg strengthening/endurance training.
Saturday: 8am easy 5k
Sat night: rest
Mon: 3 sets of stairs (3x up & down per set)
Night: Upper body workout
Tuesday: Easy 5K
Night: Plyometrics/ xfit
I wrote the patten out in case anyone decides they'd like to join me (even if you don't live with me/ near me/ in the same country) I figured we could support each other.
You don't have to. But this is what I'll be doing.
I think I'll do Yoga on my rest days. =3
