What would've been cool if we saw an odd combination of the El Masters in a team up skill combo.
Like a Hurricane + Absolute Zero combo of Ventus and Denif.
Hellfire Zero Rosso and Denif be like Denif freezes Rosso but Rosso shatters the ice into blazing ice shards and once they land the ice now melts with constant fire damage. Like I would love to see this combo and level of Denif's wisdom and Rosso's stubbornness where Denif will want Rosso to follow his steps in the fight but Rosso will get in his way of him getting frozen, but breaking free in a fiery rage making Hellfire Zero.
Solace and Noah even though Noah's questionable but, a cool concept of where its a Noah uses obsidian points powering Solace but grants an Eclipse which furthers Noah's shadows but if the eclipse is gone and the sun is there it angles to whatever direction Solace will do a powerful attack on where the sunlight hits.
Hellfire Meteor Rosso and Gaia this ones a bit odd but remember in phase 2 of Gaia he summons those rock things? Rosso can use the ground thats cracked for a fire field which covers those same rocks in fire as they get lifted higher and slammed down in 5 hits the debuff from this would be the flames but skills reset to cooldown phase.
Though we have Master classes, this could've been a great chance to increase the level. Like keep 99 as unlock for ERP, just nudge the level to 125. These are just idea's take them with a grain of salt.

And characters get a specific skill with a certain character, they summon an ally to do the skill.
Say like Empire Sword and Aether Sage. Combination of Icicle spear with some fireballs but Elesis uses Saber Extinction shattering and combining fire and ice to to a clearing skill multi damage with freeze or fire debuffs.
Or Elboi and Noah KE and Li. Noah summons a moon in dark energy, Elboi slashes it into pieces becoming light and dark where Light Elboi clones and Shadow Noah's attack nearby enemies.
But only catch is, you can only be allowed to use one team up per character max of 3 in skills, but one in skill slot.
My idea in team up el gang but by certain characters are. ( as in who has unlocked it gets 4 unique skills with a respective character.)
Elboi - Rena, Elesis, Aisha, Noah
Aisha - Noah, Elesis, Rena, Ain
Rena - Raven, Lu/Ciel, Ara, Aisha
Raven - Chung, Ara, Eve, Rose
Eve - Elesis, Rena, Elboi, Aisha
Chung - Elsword, Ara, Rose, Elesis
Ara - elesis, Add, Ain, Rose
Elesis - Laby, Ain, Raven, Rena
Add - Rose, Raven, Ain, Chung
Lu/Ciel - Laby, Ain, Noah, Aisha
Ain - Laby, Noah, Elboi, Aisha
Rose - huhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Add, Chung, Eve, Lu/Ciel? ( This ones weird i know as ROSE HAS 4 PATHS THATS A LOT OF WORK RIGHT THERE exception on a few)
Laby - Eve, Ain, Aisha, Elesis
Noah - Elboi, Elesis, lu/ciel, Aisha
