If Captain Cynthia sits by your table in Chapter 7, then Vaughn regards you a bit differently. Although, while I know I wrote the code as "Vaughn_Respect", I wouldn't really call it respect.
Perhaps… surprise. He holds Cynthia in high regard and seeing her sharing a drink with you certainly made him stop. It remains to be seen if he respects you more for it, or if he ends up losing some respect for Cynthia instead.
