missed the anniversary but downloaded lotro regardless and omg there is SO MUCH TO LOVE!! i started with a high elf (spent way too much time creating her) and the intro really put me into the role (kisses to elrond for saving my life) & i paid 😔 for one month of vip 😔 to get around faster because Eriador is just amazing, i hugged gandalf like 20 times, and dragged my level 20 ass to rivendell bc i live there mentally. the writing and characters are fantastic too! this game has absolutely consumed me, thank you sunny<3 also do you have a favorite area? Evendim is gorgeous

no but that's really smart to have paid for the one month of vip so early on - i really wish i'd done it back then instead of after over two years of crawling around haha. all the hugs for gandalf and head pats for frodo 🥺 isn't it just!! even the little side quests and in-game lore as well as the way it touches on such niche canon events <3 you're so so welcome, i'm so happy you're enjoying it nóri!!
Evendim is lovely but i think it just took SO long for me because of the lack of VIP and excessive swimming across that accursed lake lmao 😩 I think my personal favourites so far are the shire, eregion and lothlorien, though what I've seen of gondor when i've been riding through it terrified for my life has been stunning!
