Shock caused his lips to part as he listened for the speaker’s voice. “... Riku?" he breathed then, excitement beginning to well. “Riku!" There was no further hesitation as he reached up to withdraw his friend's hands, spinning to face him fully.

That sheer joy upon seeing the other wielder managed to lit his expression fully; His smile expanding further and further by the millisecond.

“I-I didn't know when you were gonna come back." Stammering, the slightest edge of prior sadness in his voice. "I'm just glad to finally see ya' again, pal!”

Master!Riku

Of all the people Sora had been avoiding, Riku was one of the first ones on the list. The boy froze on sight, more than startled at the unexpected sight. His black hoodie was thankfully up, his sunglasses thankfully pushed all the way on, and his hair (darkened to almost black by the curse of that dream abomination) was limp by his cheeks. He was paralyzed on the spot, caught between running for him, and making a break for it.
