"I'm starting to think your favorite color is red." Noel teased as he easily spotted Tiernan's silhouette standing by the bar and snuck up behind him as much as he could sneak up on a ghoul of Tiernan's age with his own powers negated. He waited for the older to turn towards him and gave him that usual smirk through his skull mask that was reminiscent of what he might look like had he had his powers and was able to fully turn into one of his many reaper forms. "I'll have a bordeaux." He said expectantly. "Since it matches your suit."

Lucien never liked to leave his suite during heat week. So much so he didn't go to council meetings during the week. He didn't have control over himself and refused to take the garbage the castle pushed as suppressants. If he was going to take any he'd make them. Obviously it wasn't something his company made currently because the market was small in the grand scheme of things and there were far better things to sink R&D into for profits, which is all Lucien cared about in the end. He wasn't supposed to go through heat anyway. That was something Noel did and he should suffer because he was insufferable and always had been.

There had a been a lot of different things happening lately because of what Lucien was and eventually going to be, which made his craving for witches worse. He'd thought spending time with Raphael and having Kaden back would fix it and even dabbled with Merek, but there was old magic in the castle and he'd tasted it before which was why he was heading to see the councilman of Greece.

Any other day Lucien was sure he would have let it go, in fact, he had for months because he knew. Of course he knew. How couldn't he know. It wasn't as if Tiernan or Noel were being discrete by any means and why Tiernan thought he could do such a thing as a councilman as if the rules didn't apply to him. Not that Lucien himself hadn't associated in the same ways with certain staff throughout his stays, but this was different. It was Noel and Tiernan had no right. Such were the moroi's thoughts as the two councilmen approached and soon enough passed each other in the hall.

Up to that point the two had not had any interactions save for during council meetings and the occasion passing, such as this, in a hall, with a half-hearted pleasantry given to move past each other. Or that's how it should have gone but Lucien couldn't let it go this time. "Off to see my brother are you?" Lucien asked as he turned to glare at Tiernan's back. "You do know he's using you, councilman or are you as ignorant as your country is portrayed."

Kaden had no idea what came over him in that moment as he stormed through the castle halls in search of Tiernan's suite. Sure, he didn't like the Irish councilman –– he didn't like many of the councilmen, to be fair. But would he have ever admitted to hating him? Loaded question. His dislike towards Halloran grew exponentially ever since the ghoul tossed accusations towards Arnon that ended with the halfling now in the bastard's possession as property. Okay, maybe he did hate Halloran with every fiber of his being though did that really justify or explain what the kresnik was doing now? Normally he'd say no.

Spring Mischief always had a way of distorting one's perceptions of reality with the variety of enchantment spells at everyone's disposal. This had to be one of them as Kaden now arrived at the Irish councilman's suite door and pounded on it with his fist yelling the bastard ghoul's name. "Answer the gosh darn door, Halloran, now. Or I'll rip it off the hinges."

Pet of the Enemy || Blu & Tiernan

Blu had been one his morning run like every morning, same time and one of the same five routes. He liked routine, it helped keep him busy and on task. 

He was just finishing his run, deciding to stop in the greenhouse to collect a few ingredients for a potion he was wanting to make later that day. “Oh- Sorry. I didn't realise anyone would be in here.” he muttered as he spotted the other, “Are you looking for anything?” he asked softly.

Noel had known the spell he cast, but hadn't exactly really thought through how it would affect Tiernan. He realized, slightly too late when his back hit the bed and the ghoul was atop him. "I should have changed your species." He said to those lips that were inches from his own, but he didn't exactly hate the feel of the ghoul atop him. Especially with his power back. "Maybe something half as powerful, a cambion or better yet a nephilim." Because he knew there was nothing holy in Tiernan."

Lucien and Raph broke away from each other, eventually mingling with others. He'd been watching the other ghoul for some time expecting to see his brother, but to his surprise he'd not see the reaper flitting around Tiernan, which was rather surprising. Of course he didn't trust the Irish councilman to keep his word, much as he didn't trust any councilman to keep their word. It wasn't in their nature.

"Mr. Halloran, rather plain theme you came up with. I should have involved you in mine." He smiled and sipped his blood wine. "Though there is nothing finer than a man in a suit."

"You know I have a fondness for red and black." Noel said coming behind the ghoul who he was sure heard him coming behind him since he had no way of hiding it with his power nullified by the collar. By now he was sure Tiernan knew he was no threat to him as his pale hand came down his chest and over the embroidered front of the suit before he snuck around to the front of the councilman to face him in the rather ridiculous outfit of his own. "Don't insult my height." He warned seeing the way Tiernan grinned down at him in his elf costume. "All I want to hear is, 'you would make a wonderful helper, Noel' because I would. It is my job after all, to help. And look all the good I do." He gestured to the castle as a whole. "Such a lovely holiday we have all because of me." He said grandiosely. "So I believe it's you that owes me."
