This actually happened to me once. I was seriously unimpressed.

the crazy thing about this, as I’m queuing this post up (June 10 2023) theyre literally passing a law in QC so that if you’re not legally exempt (Indigenous, refugee etc) from having to choose the French options on the phone or online, you HAVE to pick the French option... hopefully this has changed in 2025
