hello!!! sorry i’m just now getting to this, i had quite the weekend! i think i’ll be wild and crazy and choose adam/mateo saw x (vetshipping) for this one. i think of them fondly from time to time….

cooking/food headcanon: both of them are capable of cooking at least basic staple meals, but i think they’re lucky if they manage to cook two nights a week between the two of them owing to their work schedules/energy levels/how bad their respective injuries are on any given day. they’re much more likely to just get takeout/delivery, at least when they can afford it. a lot of microwave dinners being had at the faulkner-stanheight-lazaro house i imagine.

living/bedroom situation headcanon: i think the two of them would be able to afford an apartment that’s in better repair than the one we see adam living in on his own!! it’s nothing big or crazy, but it has enough space for the two of them as well as a cat and maybe a dog once they’re more stable and settled in. i think they share a bedroom and bed, but sometimes one of them prefers to sleep alone on the couch (ex if adam’s shoulder injury flares up) and there’s never any hard feelings about it.

aging headcanon: i think the two of them do a lot of growing and healing over the course of their relationship and shared lives!! they both kind of come together in a low and vulnerable moment and I think that in twenty years they’re both genuinely surprised to look up and see that they live in a nice apartment and enjoy their jobs and that they’re safe and happy. also i think eventually adam would get to meet mateo’s daughter (not mentioned in the film, but mateo’s actor said he decided in his character work that mateo is a father) and the two of them end up having a nice relationship as well :)
