There actually is one. I am not sure if it is network specific or relates to all public broadcasts but Lee Joon and Rain talked about it a few years ago on various shows. (Basically whenever Joon’s major wardrobe malfunction from their Y promotions) Apparently the one nipple rule was also the reason Rain wore those ridiculous leather man-bras under his shirts during Love Song
