I’m almost done with it thank god!! I actually just had paper one today, and it was okayish
I think my tips would be doing as many past papers from 2021-2025 as possible (and 2026 when they come out for you), all the time zones + May and November for each. I would also recommend the syllabus guide cos you quite literally can’t be tested on anything outside of that so making sure you’re super familiar with that is really really important!!
With regards to surviving I think something I do before a math paper is just breathing and reminding myself one paper is not going to decide my future or my worth. Once you get all that annoying stress out of your brain, you can work tons faster and more efficiently!!
But I wish you soso much luck! For SL you’ll definitely be okay!! Just start as early as possible
