I just realised that converting military hour to civilian hour might not be common knowledge. I shall be the snitch and spill the beans
Let's say it's 21h00. For the people not knowing what it means, I shall introduce you to
maths
Don't worry ! It's basic maths !
Take your military hour (21h00)
Substract 12 to the hour (21-12)
Find the answer (21-12 = 9)
Add pm at the end of your answer
9 pm
It works for 13:00 and higher !
13-12 = 1 pm
17-12 = 5 pm
19-12 = 7 pm
Now, you don't have to feel stupid because of Americans laughing at you 🗣 (I'm Canadian and I think we all learned to use both civilian and military hour and to convert easily)
