Spicy Kerala Mathi Varuthathu / Sardine Fry🐟 My Dinner Date with MathiFry😎 Story Behind the Curtain 👇 Me🙋♂️ : Mamma i need some fish fry to glup for today's Lunch Mamma💁 : Fish wala didn't come for past the 3days soo No Booy No🙅♀️🤷♀️ Me🤦♂️: oooofffooo🤦♂️(Me in A Crucial Tummy Fire Situation🙇) ✨As i was having a free day today decided to buy and cook a fish for lunch 💁♂️So Quickly Headed towards the nearby market🚴 ✨Reched the market and Searched Mr.SQUID (Kanava/Koonthal) for today's Lunch and dinner😍😋 ✨ There i saw a loooot of WellKnown SEA Fish dignitaries lying in front of the FishMonger and bargaining 😃😃The market was having a huge crowd Me 🙋♂️: If i stand patiently i won't be getting anything even in this coming New Year too🤨So i have to intrude😈 through this crowd and buy My Squid🏃♂️ ✨I got in front🏊 attaining a lot of Good Words🤬#@*-/!~ from the crowd and hid behind the 1st customer😉 ✨A Big Dissappointment was waiting for me😕 ✨The customer who was in front purchased all the Basket full of Squids☹️😭 Resulting My Heart Shattered💔 I Asked him may I have 100Rupee Squid from you Pls 🤗 ✨He Said A Straight NO🤨 Me 🙋♂️: Fish InHumans😤I Sighed and Whispered are u Having A Squid Festive at home bloody Fishy Fellow 😏🤬 ✨Later a Mathi FishMonger called me out and offered her fresh Fish for 50rupees. I bought that becoz of Squid Absence and she gave me 2extra Mathi too🤗😊 ✨Got Back home and handed over the Fish to mamma for some makeup. When Maama checked two of them were decayed😲 ✨The extra fish happily given by Mathi Fish Angel was 🙆♂️😬 🍁🍁🍁🍁 Preparing the rest with this recipe👇👇👇👇 👉Make a paste with ginger garlic paste, Turmeric and Red chili powder,Black pepper,Lemon juice Using coconut oil. Apply this Masala Paste on Fish 👉Keep the Marinated fish for around 30mins. 👉Pour required coconut oil in a tawa or frying pan. Place curry leaves and on top place the Marinated fish 👉Fry it for around 7mins in a Medium low heat and flip pour some oil and fry.Reduce the flame and fry.
