what caught my attention was that in those last 15 - 20 kilometres you were often talking to the car. could i ask who you were talking to and what you were talking about?

well i was just talking a bit with christoph, just, you know, about the day and that it’s so horribly long. And yeah, that last bit alone is just really really tough. He was trying to motivate me, tried to make time pass quicker. [the race] was a fight until the finish

has the video been posted of the post race interview where mathieu said Christoph was talking him through the last kilometre because it was quite hard on him. . because that made me. a little insane
