Hey guys! So I was poking around on the Matsuricon website, and I stumbled upon the cosplay competition rules, and I am making a costume almost entirely from scratch (aside from spandex shorts and some ballet flats), and I think I can pull it off! The costume you ask? I'm going to be creating a Classic Mortal Kombat Mileena, complete with sai! Do you guys think I'll stand a chance?
