Apparently the Sugar Daddy Ken Barbie Movie Doll is real, and the fact that they Made Sugar Daddy Ken a Real Boy after his gag cameo in the movie before ANY of the Other more prominent Movie characters (LIKE ALLAN) is just upsetting. Mattel what are you doing?

I have a real/serious question, why hasn't mattel ever made Sparkling Golden Dress Barbie and Disco Suit/Sparkling Golden Suit Ken from the ending of Toy Story 3? Like that feels like a huge missed opportunity.
After seeing movie I can safely say Mattel really goofed HARD by barely having any Playline Movie dolls. Having 90% of the movie dolls be $50 USD Collector dolls was such a bad idea.
Like Kids are gonna want Barbies and Kens based off the ones in the film, & Parents are most likely are gonna at minimum very on the fence about spending $50 USD on a single Barbie or Ken that's the same (if not lower) quality than dolls from other lines by other companies, when they could get one of those dolls, or multiple fashionistas for that price

I got a new terrible Belle doll (the handheld rose. It beckoned).
Barbie level paint. Mattel. Sweetheart. Is the Disney money not enough?
Cute tiara. Hair feels....waxy.
Molded top. Yaaaaaaaaay. 🙄 Arms only go on direction. Budget Barbie articulation. This is a $15 doll with $5 articulation. Necklace is kind of cute.
Printed skirt. Cute pattern but awful material.
Accessories! The best part about this doll. Book doesn't open, still cute. Cake has a peg on thr bottom and will not stand on its own which makes it POINTLESS to have a stand. Chip needs some paint but looks nice. And the rose! Needed it.
These shoes are so cute and for what? They don't fit any other dolls, not Barbie, not Disney ILY, not even Wild Hearts Crew. Wasted cute shoes on an awful doll.
