Summer of 2006... I am deeply inspired by the production of Quincy Jones' production on Michael Jackson's Thriller album. My favorite song on the album is Billie Jean. I started making this track on a Triton Keyboard and a MPC2000. The track evolved from a simple beat to a really great song.
Danay's lyrics and melody took the track to another level... At the end of the song, we decided to remix the music and lyrics. The song was never released due to lack of promotion, but still had a decent buzz in the city of Atlanta...
Take a listen and share...
Thanks!
Matt
AHHH!!!, I'M SO EXCITED. You guy's should check out 'The chronicles of darkness," book series. It's amazing: horror, comedy, lgbt, mystery, adventure, angels..etc all packed in one.
"The Box of infernos," the second installment is coming out in July. So be sure to pick it up. And of course read the first book...well first, "The box of Annihilos." <3
Had the opportunity to compose the score for SOL, produced and created by Superlux. Superlux is a film/video production company based in Atlanta, Ga. Their short film SOL was created for the Atlanta 48 Hour Film Project. The score was created in 2 of those hours... It was a fun experience to work on this type of project with this type of deadline. The film was nominated for several awards and received rave reviews in the independent film world. Take a look and listen.... For more of Superlux work, view their website below. www.superlux.com

Had the opportunity to compose the score for The Therapy Session directed by Tarvenia Jones. The film stars singer/actress Kimberly Locke (American Idol) and actor Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs (The Jacksons: An American Dream). The film is currently in production and will be released in 2013. Check out the trailer...
Teamed up with director/videographer MJ Whitaker to compose the score for The Legend of Steve Epic. The short video is to promote the artist and actor Steve "POL-B" Allen new EP. The trailer is to inspire and motivate those who are chasing their dreams. I was honored to have the opportunity to write the music for this project. Check out the Award Winning Short, Wireface: In the Beginning directed by Kristofer Allen Rommel & Ashley Rommel of The Bob Rogers Group. The film is a prequel which details the tragic life of a man and what ultimately drives him into becoming the serial killer known as Wireface. It was a pleasure scoring this film and can't wait to work on the feature film. For more details on Wireface, visit the official website below. www.thewireface.com www.imdb.com/title/tt2004430
