I recently had a dream that the Endless' family is a government secret experiment and they were being kept in a dirty basement with no access to humanity.
The more I think about it, the more I like it.

NOT MY EDIT!!!
I wanna cry. I'll write a fanfic about them. Matthew will be humanized, of course.
Mattmorphs are my everything.
I have this cutie baby boy:)
So, now a detailed review of the second season.
Let's start with the cons, because there are more pros:
First of all, as I said, Matthew appeared very rarely. He is literally a decoration, and their farewell to Morpheus feels like some kind of joke. Also, Matthew's speech at the funeral was cut. He is a fucking important character, and they simply ignored him and made him a puppet in the background. How to hint to the creators of the series that Hob is not Morpheus' only friend? And Matthew is much closer to him.
(Just in case, I'll clarify that I have nothing against Dreamlings, I just have different priorities)
Same thing with Rose. She had her own arc in the comics. But now she just runs after Lita. Fuck.
And the pros:
Everything else. The series is fucking awesome. The vibe is unrealistically good.
By the way, I was a little freaked out, because in 2023 I wrote a fanfic about Joanna/Corinthian (on a Russian site, but I have evidence). AND THEY BECAME CANON IN SEASON 2. I was just freaked out. And I love this ship madly.
I cried. Morpheus is so cute.
But a huge minus for the Mattmorphs. I really hoped for Matthew but he was really just a toy in the background.
I watched the second season
I cried throughout the entire episode..
Where. Is. Matthew.
Joanna/Corinthian are so awesome. I love them.
BUT WHERE IS MATTHEW?!
I hate and love Netflix at the same time.
I'm crying for about 20 minutes now thinking about Matthew having Morpheus toys.
Mattmorph (humanized matthew/morpheus)
Mattmorph (humanized matthew/morpheus)
Idk.
So, purely for myself, I'm writing the facts why mattmorph (humanized matthew/morpheus) can be canon:
1. Matthew's depression after Morpheus' death (and his speech at the funeral).
2. The scene before Morpheus' death. Matthew said that Morpheus is his friend.
3. Matthew is literally Morpheus' most loyal friend, helping him everywhere when asked.
4. The scene where Morpheus gives Matthew a red balloon in "Season of Mists".
5. A scene in "Brief Lives". Matthew tells Eve that he spent several hours with Morpheus in the rain (I even wrote a fanfic about this).
Please someone consider this shipp seriously, I'm lonely.
