"okay this is actually pretty good" Matt said after taking a bite of one of the odd items that had been put out for food. It wasn't from any type of creature that Matt knew of. It had come from the underground, and he wondered if it was as common for the Unseelie as hamburgers or pizza were for him. "want to try a bite? It's kind of like chicken I think"

“umm yeah hold on” Matt told the guy on the other end of the phone before he covered the mouth end of the phone. “they’ve got this like special on cheesy breadsticks. We get some free if we change the pizza to an extra large” Matt informed Kirby as they sat outside the cafe. Was it weird to have food from another place delivered to you? Probably, but a craving was a craving and for Matt there would be no not thinking of it until it was filled

Seeing a former drug dealer of his, one who had been the person to give him more than one of his scars, had sent Matt into a panic attack. One that triggered a shift from his human form to his familiar form. A pile of clothes and a pair of shoes just suddenly appearing on the street. He scurried for the nearest place, not even paying attention to where it was. Even before he was able to realize where he was, there was a sense of something he could only describe as ‘rightness’ that came over him as he started to climb up one of the plants.

“Okay I swear there is a perfectly logical explanation for me standing naked behind this cow” Matt said as he pet the animal a little as she stood in front of him turned to the side. “and it is because I don’t have any clothes or I forgot to bring them or I thought I remembered where I’d left my last stash in a tree hole and then I shifted like an idiot before I’d found them and now I am naked behind a cow. Which you could be asking, well why didn’t you just change back? and to that I say...I did not actually think to do that until right his instant.”
