Introducing Maud Regina
Aloe vera
I actually just named her today and I've had her for a few weeks, so what you see is more or less what she looked like when I bought her, save for two small pups that ultimately started to rot after the first watering which led me to a repotting today.
Maud R is also doing pretty good since the repot last week—I measured moisture yesterday and it was at between 1-3 (dry) which is great considering when it was in the plastic pot, it never dipped below 8-10 (wet). I re-watered again since over the week, I wasn't home on vacation, and I had no A/C on so I could keep the humidity high for the tropical plants and with the clay pot, I was sure it lost a good bit of water to evaporation.
