“Ah, t-the one up there!” The small hybrid pointed up, up, up towards the top shelf which was so very far from him. The library was barely occupied at this time and he thought it was perfect to get some reading done without having to worry about children or adults alike staring him down or trying to touch his tail without asking.
“Can you reach it for me, please?” He asked the taller male softly, digging his canines into his lower lip anxiously.
Jongin’s head tips back, following the other’s guidance till he spots the particular set of bound pages above. He glances over, belatedly taking in the the apparent feline characteristics of the male at his side. He initially payed the stranger no mind, an absence of any distinctively human essence to entertain nearby. With closer analysis, he does pick up on traces of that mortal entity which causes him to be, but it’s cut short by something that comes off as rather metallic. The feeling reminds him of a certain blood bender, but all these thoughts are pushed aside.
Without a word, disposition generally bored, the muse reaches up, sliding the book of choice free before he sets flat-footed again, offering it towards the hybrid.
