A tier list I made ... I have fun making it
I don't put any real people roles in my tier (such as Tommy Lee or Donald Trump) except the ones that don't use their real name, if I accidentally put one in there please tell me.
So... Chase Collins from The Covenant (2006) I think he definitely would do it and be good at it. I mean he did mention it himself ANDDD we do see what he did in the film so he goes in the red.
The Winter Soldier NOT Bucky btw, he definitely would do it when he's being commanded to do, and he would be good at it.
Nick Fowler from The 355 definitely would js hijack the cybertrucks or smth, he probably and run over someone but I bet he can't drive /jk.
Lee Bodecker from The Devil All The Time, I haven't watched the movie but I've heard smth about him so I think he might be in the red idk.
Charles Blackwood from We Have Always Lived in the Castle, I believe he is insane or smth idk I also haven't watched the movie yet, I bet he would run over someone and probably don't make it out alive tho, I've seen clips of him begging a mother and her kid to forgive him.
Steve Kemp from Fresh (2022) definitely would run over Noa's gang when they are running away from him if he didn't hurt his leg and no dih, I bet he would be bad at it tho, idk it js seem like it.
Jack Benjamin from Kings, idk it's js the vibes he's giving, I mean I js watched only half of the series and I haven't seen him accomplish anything yet (he's my baby frfr)
Jefferson the Mad Hatter from Once Upon a Time definitely would do it if someone pays him, but he would be bad at it because he doesn't know how the car works ofc.
Justin Capshaw from Law & Order depends on the situation whether his kidnapper hates them or not, I bet if he doesn't have a sniper he probably would run over them or smth.
Bucky Barnes from Civil War & Post-Endgame would depend on the situation if he would run over them or not, Civil War era probably would kill them but Post-Endgame era probably would try to keep them alive unless they are hydra or smth. But I know both are GOOD at it.
Max from Shaper, idk It's js the vibes, I haven't watched the movie I've heard he's mentally unwell or smth.
Chris from Destroyer, I remember I was watching the movie then fell asleep and didn't continue when I woke up. But I think he's more like grey dude or smth from my memory idk I only watched half of it.
Ben from The Apparition, by depends on the situation I mean depends if the demon he accidentally summons caused the car accident or not because we all know if he's in one himself he would be the victim.

Johnny from Tony 'n Tina's Wedding, hey now, my baby wouldn't kill a person INTENTIONALLY, but I bet he would get drunk and ACTUALLY accidentally kill someone, he might die in the car accident or not idk.
Terry the Terrific from The Magic of Passion, he's too sober to be in drunk car accident and he wouldn't kill a person or even his childhood friend that fuck his mom. So yea
Blaine from Hot Tub Time Machine, he wouldn't be in a car accident, I can see him as a victim tho, but he definitely would help someone from one, we all see when he and his friends help that dude when his arm is off in a car accident.

Kid in Subway from 71 Fragments of a Chronology of Chance, he literally is js a kid no way he can run someone over.
God the Bounty Hunter from Ghosted, we all see what Son of Sam did to him, but others than that I bet he is good at it and can kill or not kill someone from it. I mean he is a bounty hunter.
TJ Hammond from Political Animals, idk it's js the vibes that my baby is giving me, no way, he couldn't kill a soul.
Martin Waters from The Architect, he js a civilian, but he is giving the victim vibe.
