the "I'm going to move to Canada" thing in the US is pretty much a meme. I don't know anyone who's said it and is serious. Mostly it's teens/young adults who say it to, who don't have the money to move to Canada

People said that when George W Bush won (both times). There was not a significant immigration to Canada.

Immigration isn’t easy. Even if Americans are serious about it, its a lot harder than just travelling. You have to prove that you would be valuable in some way (have skills/expertise, are married to a Canadian, etc).

YES!! That is so true and one of the many reasons I love him! He really makes me feel better about being an adult and liking “kid” things! I’m so happy you feel this way too because I have seen too many people talk about how he’s “OLD” and needs to grow up! 😠

I say let people like what they like and do as they please (as long as they aren’t hurting anyone/themselves) no matter their age!
