Maxi-Peel: Bagong Ganda, Bagong Pag-Asa.
We all know that inner beauty pwns outer beauty. But let’s face it, physical appearance is the first thing that people see. It’s the first thing that people could judge on. It’s the reason why you’d want to wear that nice blazer for your interview and have nice hair for an occasion.
I would not deny that I could really be so judge~y at times. Can’t help it. But never because they have acne. NEVER EVER. That’s because I have my fair share of acne days. Even if I seldom heard comments, I still always felt judgement. Horrible horrible days of sadness when I felt so pimply ugly and I didn’t want to go out. But I still did cause I didn’t let it take hold of my life. Acne is acne and we can somehow treat it, it’s not a threat that could cause harm to others and it definitely could be vanquished. YEAH! Vanquished! So what, I may have pimples now. But days in the future I know that all these acne would be gone.
While I was watching tv I saw the first Maxi-Peel Bagong Ganda Bagong Pag-asa Campaign and it really moved me. It’s something that I was able to relate to. I never chose to have acne, I think it chose me hahaha huhuhu. The next cfs were testimonials by real women featuring their stories and how using Maxi-Peel helped them gain their newly found confidence.
Alexi’s Maxi-Peel Testimonial~
She’s a singer and she said that her acne days was like a nightmare for her. Hurtful comments were said. And one that struck her most was when someone said that a frog was even more beautiful than her. Finally she wanted to do something about her acne. She didn’t want to be ugly for the rest of her life, put a stop to the pimple days and decided to try Maxi-Peel. Now that she’s got nicer skin, she gained more confidence and believes that, to quote her, “It’s your face that would face the world.”
