Optimization/Maximazatiom strategies are imperative going forward
A response to: Civicus Barsi-Giah, et al, from the outlook, the IC, especially the WHO, is saying that no one gov or institution can handle this scourge effectually. It was grossly underestimated and overlooked (by citizens) from the onset. Moving forward, we all need to work together as effective and efficient as we possibly can. Like I mentioned a few days ago in one of my many writings on the subject, the GoL (i.e, the National Task Force on Ebola) needs to employ optimization/maximization strategies given our limited resources. Dead bodies lying on the streets of Monrovia for days, lack of ambulances, lack of PPEs, lack of food for those being quarantined, just to name a few, are all unacceptable given the spending power that was invested in the leadership by the constitutional body responsible for appropriation. I know the GoL is trying (under the given circumstances), but it needs to step-up and optimize the Ebola fight so that there exists #NoNewCases . #KickEbolaOut
