Maximus I.Q., enemy of the heroine Betty Atomica and future ruler of the Galaxy. This evil kitty was one of the first villains to be liked, to put heroes aside. And even though I also like Little Betty, I watched the series more than anything for him haha I have a used figure of Maximus. I bought it in that condition a long time ago. I've wanted to see if I can buy a new one but I haven't had any luck qwq
