Brew #233: Whiplash High Cotton Grapefruit Belgian Single (collaboration with Max Lagers)
ABV: 5.6%
Served: From the fridge
Aroma: Herb, lemon, bread
Pour: Cloudy, sediment, yellow gold with white froth reducing down to a skim
Taste: Fruity lemon Madeira hit with very little grapefruit on show. Prickly mouthfeel, high carbonation, almost a fizzy pop. Some spice and citrus notes floating about. Medium bite on the finish. Decent sup this but a little too fizzy for me and not enough biting grapefruit bitters.
