MaxRoam, Qik, blogger, twitter meetup in Barcelona
The highlight of our flying visit to the Mobile World Congress were the people we met. Its HARD to meet ANYONE when there are 10's of thousands of people milling about. But the best place to meet people is at a smallish party. Especially when that party is full of the people you've been wanting to meet for ages. So a huge thanks to Pat Phelan of Maxroam and Bhaskar Roy of Qik for organising and hosting this party. It was brilliant. Pat's said it all here And when you get there check out what a brilliant service Qik is for capturing a video party straight to the web. Live streaming from you phone. It's the killer app for the nokia N95 or any phone that takes half-decent video.
