What's the craziest thing that ever happened to you?

The weirdest coincidence:

When I moved to Vancouver for school I had to work as a cashier at No Frills for a brief few months. I'd previously worked at Superstore in my little town 11,000 km away from Vancouver, throughout highschool.

After a few weeks there I was sitting in the breakroom when my former Superstore coworker and out-of-touch high-school friend walked in having just been hired that week, and I didn't even know he was in the city til that moment lol. Apparently he saw my weird name on the schedule and was like, 'there can't possibly be two of them, what are the odds.' So that's how we reconnected briefly before I had to go home.

A fun ridic story:

Right out of highschool, on a roadtrip with a couple of friends, we were headed home from a city ~2.5 hours away. We saw a dickwad ahead of us pass people on the shoulder at a stupidly high speed, and a few minutes later found ourselves pulling up alongside him due to traffic. So we passed him obnoxiously, and started a game of cat and mouse. Which we played for most of the trip home, at ~130-140 km/h like complete idiots, passing and being passed by him. Til, after about 45 minutes of this, he motioned for us to roll down our window. The girl in the passenger seat did, and, at 140km/h, he handed us his name and number on a post-it note with "go to coffee?" on it, before exiting the highway.

Which I kept for posterity's sake. We cut an hour off the 2.5 hour trip home, it was ridiculous.

Hi! What do you listen to when you're feeling down? Like some specific songs or albums. I'm curious because of that music ask thing haha.

Interpol’s Turn On the Bright Lights is a big one for me when I’m sad. It’s a bitter/sweet album for me and I absolutely adore it. The Cure’s Disintegration is another album like that for me. As for songs Depeche Mode- But Not Tonight, New Order- Leave Me Alone, Procession(that also makes me feel nostalgic though), Interpol- Pace Is the Trick, Song Seven, The Specialist, The Cure- Push. There’s probably a ton more but those are what I’ve listened to a lot recently. :)

sadly i cannot b/c my webcam is too shitty to pick up the awesome colours and i have no other method of taking pictures.

it's short, a few shades darker than my natural colour, and there are patches of red orange and purple tho.
