I don't know if overthinking is residual anxiety, or if deconstructing everything is how I learned to overcome it.

Either way, it seems Ive still yet to master effective thought management.

Im grateful for the patience of friends I have around me. They drag me out of my own head and help me to rearrange my thoughts, or to remind me when Im fixating on ones that aren't necessarily worth a three hundred page thesis.
