I’m a prison abolitionist, people can change for the better and human beings are complex. Even in normal interactions people should not need a moral justification to exist, everyone needs space to be flawed and space to improve. Leftist purity culture is reminiscent of Christian doctrine and dogma, and it involves dehumanization.
