people trying to get Manics tour tickets this week: don’t worry honestly, you’ll get them barring anything disastrous happening on your end...speaking as someone who made it through the bloodbath that was getting tickets for the December 2014 Holy Bible tour and managed to get tickets to all the shows i wanted to eventually, you will be FINE
I’m sloooowly narrowing down the possibilities for this summer and I think there’s a city that will win, if my mum is okay: LONDON!
I know London from a very short school trip (in primary school, ONE DAY. I mean who does one day abroad school trips really ><) and we only saw a few things: lil bus tour around London mostly. We visited the Tower of London with the Crown Jewels. We saw Buckingham from the outside and the guards, went to Harrod’s, sat in a park (didn’t even see any squirrel). So that wasn’t really exciting.
I’ll talk with my mum tonight but if we do go to London that’d be really brilliant.
(also I’ve heard about Beigel Bake in Brick Lane from a cooking blog I love and now I want a bagel)
Can't wait to study abroad
i am so not looking forward to going back to school tomorrow i wish i went to hogwarts or camp half-blood or at least was living somewhere far away from here on my own by now
Lately I've had an overwhelming urge to travel
To wake up early in a foreign city while it's still quiet, the sun only having been up for an hour or two, walk to the nearest cafe, sip a cup of coffee, and just watch the world happen around me
I want to do something new, something on my own
I'm at the part of my life when I'm ready to really live.
