Therapy and time can help, but more than anything, you do want to start seeing who they used to be as gone. Mourn the loss. People are always growing and changing, and love can be a beautiful thing- if you can evolve with it.

If she loved you, it would destroy her to know she hurts you. There is nothing wrong with you. Not everybody we meet, and not everybody we love is going to like us the same back. And that's okay. It's more than okay. It's life.

Let time pass. Take it moment by moment. But you have to choose you, okay? Stay safe.
