Am I the only person who thinks an amazing love story can be written about the "mayday button" on a Kindle fire? Like, this dude gets a kindle fire and pushes it every day at the same time because he knows that this on special person is going to be working and they talk and eventually fall in love?

What if a user has a question about a specific app? It'd be a good idea to route them to that company's tech support rather than the Amazon tech support.
