Finally managed to kick up into a forearm stand! Not quite holding it yet, but a month ago I never ever thought I'd feel comfortable doing this let alone actually be able to. The #MayIHandstand challenge by @beachyogagirl really seemed to help my confidence ☺️ #yoga #beachyogagirl #forearmstand

Day 28 #mayihandstand with @beach_yoga_girl_. 'Wall high fives'. This was fun. My neighbor downstairs probably didn't think so. But I got some good hang time on a few of those. Don't worry, I threw in some 🍌 back for you all to match my yellow tank top 😂😂
