@blueheartedmayor​ asked: There's a buzz from Chase's phone. It's a message from Damien: "I think you left this in my apartment by mistake". Attached is a selfie of Damien wearing one of Chase's hats.

When Chase looks down at the selfie sent to him, he can’t help but break out in a large grin. Damien looks far too cute when he’s relaxed and casual. He doesn’t get to see Damien like this very often, because most of the time, the mayor’s at work. 

Chase takes his current hat off, and uses his fingers to comb his hair back to make it look someone slicked back before taking a picture of himself to send back.

8. Who would want to take cute pictures for Instagram? (For Mayor Average? :O )

Chase, definitely. He loves catching Damien off guard, because it’s easiest to get a relaxed picture of Damien then. He doesn’t put anything completely alarming on Ig, because he doesn’t want to make Damien uncomfortable, but there are a lot of selfies of the two of them anyway.

There are pictures in Damien’s office, in Chase’s office, outside, inside restaurants...etc, etc. If Chase can manage it, he’s gonna take pictures, because Damien’s always cute. <3

          Damien never fails to make him blush. He can act as tough and independent as he wants most days, but when Damien comes around and is so utterly gentle, Chase blushes. It’s not a subtle look either, his face can turn a dark red as he tries to hide his giggles.

          Of course, he’s returning the favor almost immediately, giving Damien’s hand a squeeze. He’s resting his head on Damien’s shoulder and murmuring idly into his ear. He feels so soft, and yet so much is trying to burst through; he almost doesn’t know what to do with himself.

          “I think I might love you,” Chase murmurs, his free hand tracing circles on Damien’s back. “You’ve been nothin’ but good t’ me, and...I dunno.” There’s another giggle. “I just wanna spend all my time with you.”
