A bootieful afternoon #sundate #maystarter (at Indiana Comic Con)
Enter May:
“Alright Mindy, it looks like this is the place,” May stopped walking and spoke quietly to her twin sister, “these guys might be the most dangerous we’ve faced so be careful.” The blond took a deep breath, getting ready for the fight that was coming. The guys they were after this time had a reputation for being dangerous and unpredictable. The people who hired May and Mindy said these two were trying to destroy the city and maybe even the world with their mutant powers. They wanted both of the men brought to them alive.
After about a minute of preparation May marched up to the front door and kicked. She must have been stronger than she thought she was because the door went flying off the hinges, surprising the man standing in the kitchen. “Oops.” May quietly muttered to herself and bit her bottom lip as she stared at the door that was now on the ground. There were many reasons why she hated disguising herself using her mutant power. It took energy to keep the disguise up, she has less strength and is slower than she is in her real form and, clearly from what just happened, she was never quite sure just how strong the body she chose was going to be. Her eyes moved to the man who was simply staring at the door in shock.
“Um Mindy,” May, trying to quickly recover from incident, quietly whispered to her sister, “we’ll wait until they’re both together and then attack. You take that one, alright?”
Enter Oz:
“What the fuck!?” Was all Oz could manage after simply staring at the door in disbelief for quite some time. After finally forcing himself to look up and towards the cause of what had happened he was a little more surprised. Standing in the doorway was a blond woman and just behind her another blond was peeking into the house.
“Well, that was unnecessary.” Oz rolled his eyes as he spoke and slowly took the apron he was using to cook with off. After laying it down on the counter he stepped out of the kitchen and carefully examined the girl’s faces. They didn’t look familiar to him and the one further back was absolutely beautiful so he was sure he’d remember seeing her before. Oz’s blue eyes shifted between the two women as he tried to figure out what their deal was.
“You must be here for Matt.” He ran his hand through his hair as he looked in the direction of Matt’s room. He couldn’t even imagine what his best friend had done to these girls to make them angry enough to kick the door in like that. The dark haired man sighed and began speaking loudly. “Matt, you have…guests,” after a brief pause he continued, “oh and breakfast is done.”
It helps if you uhm, push, instead of pull.
What are you doing?
If you're going to walk in the cycle lane
I am going to run you over. That lane is there for a reason: to give bikers somewhere to ride, and if you are strolling along where you don't belong, you're fair game. Simple as that.
Are you sure about that?
No. I said n-
"Mom, you promised you'd look after her, it's my day off, I'm not goin- mom! Mo-" Chelsea made an impatient pause, listening to the voice on the other end of the phone. "I'm on my way" she muttered.
Did you say something?
