whenever i watch a race live and GR radio comes on about a broken issue or botched strategy, i start imagining myself in the middle of garage 63, screaming at the top of my lungs in hopes that will make it all better (for me mostly)
OR; george has dragged a broken car to the finish line into the points and without exceeding track violations way too many times for me to ever have a peaceful watching experience
is it too controversial if i say it's discrediting to george's skill when fans say he's comfortable with very small gaps. i see it more as george being analytical depending on track conditions, tyre deg, strat mode and the likes that will likely influence how much he wants to push the gap. not to mention, george has said he's still trying to understand the tyres with this new regs since it hasn't exactly been a linear process for him.
i see it as him being smart where to put his mental pressure which is a crazy insane skill considering he's also giving feedback about other driver's strategies as he's racing while being aware of his own. i know that's expected of an f1 driver but being a good driver vs an articulate driver is not the same thing.
not sure what this ramble is about; i just think there's more to george's winning race pace than people just saying he likes keeping it 'slow'
fandom spaces outside kpop in general are so weird about kpop fans spending their own money for support projects. i promise you most of them that donate, especially the ones organising the project, are very able financially. their support projects are not always limited to advertisements which is usually done to promote their fave during the idol's big events. there's plenty of volunteering, merch fundraising, donations that fans do throughout the year but non-fans don't bring that up
like idk man these people are still contributing to society even if it's in the name of a millionaire (who wasn't born a nepo baby btw) so that's more than a lot of people can say just complaining what people do with their money
putting my perceiving lens on: i do think there's something wrong with torger looking at a minor and thinking "how can this child benefit me in the future" and immediately putting said child away when their perceived shelf life of success is up but i guess that's why i'm not a billionaire.

asking nico rosberg to be merc TP as if that would give george more fair chance lol um i don't follow the other driver's karting days but wasn't he a junior in rosberg academy and nico himself took money out of his own pocket to pay on that kid's behalf. i feel it's more likely nico would want a driver from his academy to win, no?
