I forgot

I forgot to put this on the previous update but I will be updating character profiles as soon as I get them out. I have the character in my mind but I’m not really sure how to describe their personalities in words. I also have a give a brief rundown of the actual Crystalline story and another quick summary of the events on my universe. If I make this confusing I am so sorry

Hello!

So, it’s me again I know it’s been a really long time since I’ve posted anything but I just wanted to say yes, I am alive.

Anyways I just wanted to give a quick backstory on a story/project I’ve been working on for about 4 years now. Currently I am homeschooled (just finished 9th grade) and I met a some friends in middle school who I developed this story with.

Currently, I am not friends with them anymore (drama went down, not really important to this) but I still wanted to post some of the shorts of my OC character. A little backstory on this is it was originally my friends Jessie and Hailey who came up with this whole ordeal (they’re amazing writers and creators) and I eventually was invited to join. And that is where I came up with my protagonist, Mazelyn (Mazey) Shortell. I was in 5-6th grade at the time.

Eventually our friend group grew by a few people and we all had made protagonist characters all connecting into one huge story. We named this story Crystalline after the guild they were all apart of. Jessie created Sky, Hailey made the twins Wren and Silver, Nikki made the assassin Sillow (I honestly can’t remember if that’s his name right now), Mariah made the cat-hybrid Moaca, and Kaiden made Lucien. (Note: The only person I’m friends with to this day is Nikki and she’s my bff. I still talk with Jessie once in a while but not often)

Anyhow, along with this whole story we created separate stories for each character to tie into. Like I wrote Mazey’s story (Jessie, Hailey, Kaiden and I were really the only ones who wrote like whole backstories and things, the others just kinda had a character we used in our stories). But there’s honestly so many different versions of her story I wouldn’t even know which one to post.

After I lost contact/stopped being friends I felt kind of... wrong to use their characters in my story because they were theirs to own. I shouldn’t have a say on who does this or anything like that. Therefore some of the stories are written in an alternative universe where it’s only MY story. No “Crystalline” characters, JUST Mazey and the bazillion characters I made along with her story.

Another thing I should probably bring up is the fact that most of this was written while I was 12-13 years old. There’s a few works that are recent (mostly from the alternative universe). I will be posting a few that include the Crystalline characters but they’re only briefly mentioned, not heavily invested in the story line.

Um... I still haven’t actually decided if I’m going to post them or not but maybe I’ll like introduce my characters first? I’ll probably do that in another post tho.... Anyways just wanted a little update. Thank you~~ ^-^
