S6Ep16 “Collective” or “WTF happened to that Borg baby?” I always enjoy Borg costumes and they are especially creepy on kids. Im not sure these come close to Seven of Nine’s Borg costume but they get the job done. I’m glad we got rid of that one that was a jerk. No one needs that kind of energy onboard Voyager. But why would the Collective bother sending a response to the message if they deemed them irrelevant and expendable? Anyway, they clean up nice and end up being totally normal looking kids. Mezoti’s dress is the same one that creepy Isabella wore in TNG “Imaginary Friend” ......So. Where is that Borg baby? A google search reveals all sorts of speculation but Brannon Braga said during an interview that they just dropped it off at its home planet. We just didn’t see it. 🤔okay I guess I will take that explanation but it feels like maybe they just forgot to wrap that up. They could have just thrown some line in there like “Boy, Borg Baby’s family sure was happy when we brought their kid back” but hey whatever ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I liked the cold open. Fun Borg reveal.
