Since Yuu(sonas) came from our world, supposedly, if there is a possibility they overblotted that is triggered from the blot pollution, especially after 7 OBs, would their Phantom be like from deities or myths or legends from where they originated?
Imagine like people from European who have Phantoms based on creatures like faes, fairies, and others while Japanese based on yokais and other deities or like Malaysia, it can be from childhood folktales and other myths.
Luna is cold, calculating, and completely impassive when fighting sword fight with an opponent. Aside from a few lines of dialogue, Luna is an elective mute, speaking only a few words throughout the entire life. This tends to either annoy, confuse, or unsettle other characters. Despite this, she has her own quirks and interests, enjoying vacation time on her own while wishing to have her own love of her life and collecting new weapons as a hobby
"Luna is nice and quite strong. Though, I don't appreciate being called a chicken as I am a dove. I wonder if she can't differentiate between a chicken and a dove? Maybe she is confused. I will discuss the matter later."

If my Yuus/MCs overblotted, theoretically, it is due to their inability to filter the fumes or substances of the overblot like students of NRC. If there is a supposed overblot, I want it to have the Madoka Magika type of transformation. The witch's transformation style.
I wrote 3 girls who got isekai to Twisted Wonderland. All three from different countries and continents, as I do want to play around with something. They are basically human, but different in a way like faith and beliefs. I don't know how to explain.
Like, in Europe, you have the belief or the materials where you have fairies, faes, and other creatures. In Asia, depending on which country there are spirits and other outerworldly beings that depend on faiths and beliefs. It will reflect one's perspective and what may they carry from their original world.

♡Rant Start♡
Continuing on from the last post, how much and how long the blot poisoning would accumulate inside them before the Yuus/MCs overblotted.
I can say that after they got exposed to blot fumes and got poisoned, their body would slowly accumulate, and maybe after being exposed a lot of times, especially if its a lot from the overblot fumes from more powerful mages, like the Housewardens, plus Jamil and others, the blot that is slowly building up in their body will eventually cause symptoms like mood swings or changing them to be more different from their personility due to the blot happened from the overuse or negative emotions the overblotted mages oozed out, maybe also being prone to get sick like nausea or migraine.
Upside, maybe they can use magic due to the blot poisoning accumulating in the body. Either they can adapt to it, or using the magic originated from the blot poisoning would give them backlash. Basically cost them something in exchange for using the magic they have. Whichever fits. I suggest it may have to do with the connections with the things we discussed before.
It may be unknown how the Yuus/MCs got affected or built up the blot poisoning. My logic, or HC, is that since they are anomalies and from another world, their body regulate the accumulation of blot or absorb the substance differently and at a different rate of building up. It will be like a boiling kettle thing. Basically, like how Grim reacted and acts after eating 5 or 6 blot corroded magestones.
Aside from that, due to them being anomalies, it would be hard to be sure if they are fully human and what type they are, as humans from our world have different types due to faiths and their abilities, like spiritual, physical, mental, etc.
In my world and writing, where my Yuus/MCs are from, there are various types of groups, such as "civilians", ability-awakened, spiritual users, wizards, witches, long-lived people, etc. One of them is in a family and organization where they are in charge of ensuring dangers from the outer realms, Ancient Realms, wouldn't harm the human realm. These are the realms outside their world. This organization is also in charge of managing the Ancient Realm politically to ensure it wouldn't harm the human realm. In this organization, there are various species, and the humans are granted abilities that can be inherited by the next generation, and also granted longevity. This would be another story.
Not to mention, there are also wizards, witches, sorcerers/sorceresses, shamans, priests/priestess and people with spiritual connections and such, depending on the group of people. Using DnD logic or whatever knowledge I have, wizards and witches don't necessarily use items like magestones like the mages from TWST. Usually the wands and staffs are tools to conduct their magic, but they usually don't use it much as they have various way to conduct magic and such.
Some people have spiritual abilities like shamans, bomohs, psychics, mediums, etc. These have to do with faith and practices. Not magic per se, but they also have their own ability that no normal person would perceive, depending on one's beliefs and practices. Also, one's writing and settings. For me, these individuals are more lowkey and depending on sources to meet them or get access to their abilities for help. They also work behind the scenes, like any other spiritual users, and help whenever they can using what they have.
Note, in my setting, they can do that fantasy stuff and all where they exorcise, talking to spirits and all because yeah... Not to mention with the addition of spirit guardians and such.
Due to these reasons and variables, I am unsure what blot accumulation would be like and how much it will accumulate within different types of humans, let alone species from our world, and such in their bodies to trigger an overblot. All I know is if it were to happen, S.T.Y.X. would have a field day with their research.
That is all for now. This would be the last, or I may connect it with another discussion, like what determines a person's connection with the myths, legends, or folklores they grew up with, for the phantoms to take over. Or, maybe on how magic users or other ability users from our world work in Twisted Wonderland's world. Depending.

#1: What determines a Yuu/MC's Phantom Blot manifests.
It mostly depends on how one's Yuu/MC was made if they are from the original world, meaning our world, or whatever setting one has for their otherworldly OCs. And their backgrounds during creation. One can add this tidbit to their existing MC/Yuu.
From what we can see from the Overblotters, their OB phantom is based on the Great Seven, or basically the characters they are twisted from or philosophies they took from. I am unsure about the other types of OB phantoms because I can't explain them, as some are based on titans from Hercules, which I can imagine they are at least originated from someone at least before being sent to S.T.Y.X in B6. We also know there are wandering ones like the Miner OB Phantom from earlier chapters.
So, for this, Yuu/MC can take inspiration or admire the tales of the stories they learn, like folktales, legends, and myths, where it became a reason for their current self. We can even say they enjoy or read original fairytales that the Disney movie took from, which would be interesting. As far as I know, I grew up more with fairytales than the local folktales, which I picked up when I was in primary school.
Since Yuus/MCs can originate from any nationality and background, this gives them the freedom to learn and internalize the lessons they learn from the stories they listen to growing up. Or, obsessed with. Unclear, as I read and enjoyed a lot of tales; many are local and Western. So, creepypasta might be involved, too. It's up to one's creativity. Though I am not including any religious parts. Again, it depends on one's creativity, and so on.
[Edit] Since Twisted Wonderland based on any Disney properties, or at least the Twisted wonderfolks, the MCs/Yuus can take form or inspiration from the original fairytales or Grimm's tales. Not to mention, any other variation of the same fairytales from different nationalities.
#2: What their OB Phantom would look like
From what we can see on the OB Phantoms, they have stitching looking like withered dolls or ragdolls, and with the exclusion of their heads, which look like vials filled with ink blots while taking the form of the Great Seven from The Queen of Hearts to the Fairy of Thorns, including others that we have known so far.
With the new figures/legends like the Radiant Seven from RSA, there might be potential OB phantoms. Just a thought. But we're talking about the Yuus/MCs now
As they are from another world, I can think of various forms the OB Phantoms, since the Yuus/MCs are anomalous because they are from another world. So, why can't there be different?
The idea is back on their homeworld, where there are various dolls, figurines, puppets, and so on. So, their Phantom blots can take the form of these. Like Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries, there are puppets for wayang kulit, also known as shadow puppetry. These could take form as Phantom blots to have that flavor of writing and creativity. This can be combined with other dolls, figurines, puppets, and so on, suitable based on the Yuus/MCs' origin and lineage, while taking shape from the myths, legends, and folktales from where they originate. Except for the vials of ink, which look withered and inky.
Depending on creativity and designs, I find it interesting and fun to explore, depending on how one creates and manifests it. Though there is nothing wrong with following the original theme and concept of the design.
Though, there is an option where Grim overblotted alongside Yuu due to the foreshadowing of the chimera earlier in the game.

!Start rant!
I am still wondering if ghosts or some type of beings are to be included in the Phantom blot. As I did mention, it could be based on folklores, legends and myths, and so on, so on.
I did mention that for yuus from countries like Japan, their OB can manifest in the form of Yokais, spirits or deities, and such along with other countries. So, I am still wondering what a Phantom can take form as if basing on our world's myths, legends, beliefs, etc, due to limited knowledge on the Phantoms itself and also how they manifest into the form they took on.
This is because I am from a country within ASEAN, and depending on countries, they have their own folktales, myths, legends, and such. Some similarities are ghosts, entities, and spirits like the penanggal, langsuir, or pontianak, pocong, etc. Imagine having a Phantom based on the penanggal. It would be horrifying and rather grotesque. Though, I would be funny to see a Phantom based on the Yellow Volkswagen (It's a Malaysian urban legend for a few decades now).
(Edit) Actually, my thought process was more onto like, for example, Malaysia, there is a legend or tale on Dragon from Chini Lake, Sang Kancil, The Princess of Gunung Ledang, Mahsuri and such. That is the idea of type of folktales, legends, or myths.
I know Phantoms during OBs are usually 'born' or manifests from mages and their negative/overuse of magic, and the Yuus/MCs are normal people without magic from another world. So, I don't know the conditions or what form the Phantoms might take on due to the Phantoms we've seen so far for the boys are the characters they are twisted on.
I don't know if the idea of ghosts (as in our world's ghosts and such, especially the horror ones) can be twisted on in the form of a Phantom blot due to a lot of versions of ghosts and spirits depending on the countries and continents stories and interpretation. Open for discussion
Droop the Goblin. A young goblin that Madhimarra met with her party during their journey in Phandalin. He was bruised and injured when they met him and decided to let him join them. Madhi decided to take care of him and made some clothes for him to hide his identity as a goblin. For now, she is feeding him well until he's rebuilt himself and gets weapons to defend himself.
This is the 3 stages of Droop! Before meeting him, in Madhi's care and future, *whisper* as I am unsure if he'll survive with our party later.
