ENTJ: The Accomplisher INTJ: The Visionary Framework Builder ENFJ: The Motivator/Salesperson/Community Mastermind ISFJ: The Detail-Manager
Notice that ENxPs and ESTPs are nowhere to be found on this list. You *could* swap the ENFJ for an ESTP, but they would need to have well-developed Fe. You *could* also swap the INTJ for the ENTP, especially if we're talking about a tech-startup.
Notice that the Detail-Manger bookkeeper/legal-aide/secretary is an ISFJ, and not an ISTJ. An ISTJ would have nothing to do with a bunch of crazy, unpractical visionaries and go work for the Secretary of State.

WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU PUT AN INFP IN SALES???
Because if an INFP is onboard with a cause, they will do anything for it and get everyone else to do anything for it.
ISFJs are the overlooked gold-nuggets of the startup world. They're the only consistent detail-oriented types that can put up with the non-sense of intuitives.
