Found old footage of my MC51. I bought it second hand and it was covered in 2 layers of brown/tan spray paint. I got some of it off with acetone, the rest I covered in M90 camo paper.

The green cable tie is a CQB safe distance marking from Berget.

Bought this for 50 SEK and some candy! Silencer is stuck and the magwell is cracked, I'll use it to revive my mc51, I'm gonna port the stock, the handguard and some of the iron sight screws at least. Sometimes it's easier to buy a used rifle instead of looking for individual spare parts and screws.

The dust cover has symbols related to Västerbotten county: The county fauna, Pedicularis sceptrum-carolinum The Coat Of Arms for Västerbotten, Lappland and Ångermanland.

The dramatic backstory of my MC51 The metal parts for my MC51 arrived. This might be the last picture of the old design. Its history: I bought it second hand along with a G3 from JonathanRL, a blogger, cosplayer and Ubisoft Star player of some renown who has written a lot of good articles about different airsoft products. I’m sure he has some stories about this rifle as well.

It arrived sprayed in a desert-ish fashion:

It’s has an mp5 stock and handguard which makes it a bit front heavy. I sold the scope to some guy. I used acetone to get rid of most of the paint:

and covered the rest in M90 camo masking paper:

It’s seen some shit and It’s gone through 3-4 second hand gearboxes.

One time the gearbox had cracked (on the same place as the thumbnail above) so it chronoed around 40 m/s but I still managed to make a guy bleed but not on purpose of course!

It’s currently bent a bit like a banana and I have to keep pushing the mag up to make it feed properly so maybe it’s time for a change. / Wrim

Players have been wondering if the rifle I’m using actually exists and it does. This guy needs to lean into his bursts though, and doing a rapid semi would be more accurate than this sloppy full auto. The goal is to have the reticle return to its original position after every shot without extra correction. Also, after 60 rounds of full auto that barrel will be HOT so being conservative with your ammo is a must.
