Study Idea? I have been posting so much about cultural conflict.

I want to propose an examination of people of color and how their identity as ethnic people is almost erased when they speak with an anglo dialect with anglo people. Has this already been done? thoughts?

Kevin is one of the only people I talk to on here. It's really awesome to have a conversation with him and I consider him as a friend. :)
