More than halfway done in the mc creative competition! Here is day 6 :)

MCC Day 6: Sands of Time
Green yelled victoriously when she received her special item that would allow her to dunk one of the other teams.
“We keep getting lucky with the special items,” Jean said, excitement still laced through her voice.
“I know,” Green said, throwing the dunking item up in the air and letting it land in her palm, “I think we should give the Blue Bats a special treat again. Them and yellow are getting a little too far ahead.”
The rest of her team agreed, so Green quickly lofted the item towards where the Blue bats were standing and grinned as they all took a swim in the water below.
“DO you think the blue bats are gonna be out for revenge considering how many times we have dunked their team?” Chandler asked while deliberating where to throw his egg.
“Nah,” Tubtoe said lazily, launching his chicken at battle box. Green decided to launch her chicken in that area as well, deciding that another pvp game would be a good idea. When the votes were all counted up, sands of time was the game that came out on top.
Green had quick frankly forgot that sands of time was even a game. She looked to her teammates in mild surprise. “What is the point of this game again?”
Her teammates laughed, and Jean quickly explained as they were teleported up.
Easy enough, Green thought. She, Tubtoe, and Chandler would all be running out in search of gold and keys while Jean had volunteered to stick around the middle and make sure the sand didn’t run out.
As soon as the bell rang out, she ran off into the left passage, waving to Chandler as he passed heading to the one across the room. The beginning was filled with small piles of sand and coins that she quickly snatched up. She passed by an elaborate looking parkour across lava to what seemed to be a larger pile of coins
“Not happening,” Green muttered, flashing back to the failure that Parkour games had been. “Hey Chandler! There is a parkour for gold at the beginning of the hall I went down. It’s all yours!”
“On it!” He responded easily. She shook her head at the idea of actually being coordinated and continued on.
Green rushed through what seemed to be endless halls full of monsters that she wanted to avoid and gold and sand that she needed to collect. She turned around one corner and came face to face with an angry creeper, ready to explode. She barely had to time put her shield up before the blast threw her backwards and she landed painfully against the wall behind her.
She heard Tubtoe call out that he had found the Key to a green vault and Jean responded that it was in the front area. Green was thankful for the competence of her teammates as she moved on, carful to kill creepers before they could explode on her again.
As she continued on, she found larger piles of gold as well as more monsters to fight. She almost died to a horde of zombies but managed to use some sand to block them just in time.
Suddenly, she heard Jean call out, “One-minute left! Let’s bank the coins!” and internally panicked. She had come a long way and it would be hard to find the way back.
Shit. Shit. Shit.
She sprinted down the halls, skidding around corners and ignoring the mobs that turned to fight her as she ran by.
“Green? Hello?” Tubtoe called out from the center where they were all waiting for her.
“I’m coming! I’m coming as fast as I can yall. How long do I have?” Green huffed out.
“Twenty seconds!” Chandler replied, nervousness in his voice.
“I’m gonna bank,” Jean said, and Green say the notification that Jean and Tubtoe had both banked their coins in chat. Just as she was about to accept defeat, she ran by the parkour area that she had skipped and almost cried in relief.
“You guys I’m gonna make it!” she yelled as she entered the center area and saw Chandler waiting by the portal. They both ran through into the portal and into the arms of their teammates.
“Group hug! We all made it.” Tubtoe said in relieved celebration.
Yellow Yaks are dressed up in our halloween costumes, modeled after our rivals the Blue Bats (not so much rivals anymore after we fell behind on points oops) but designed for maximum comfort :3
I’ve been defeated by an oncoming cold, continued computer problems, and my drawing tablet finally giving me the middle finger, but I got as far as this sketch. wherein it looks like Illyra is very excited to bully Technoblade and only Technoblade in TGTTOSAWAF
